What happens after you send a form
-
01
You do not need an account. The contact page has three forms: a project brief, a quote request, and a request for a conversation. Each one asks for the details that form needs, including the email we should write back to.
-
02
When you submit, the enquiry is saved first. Then two messages go out: one to the studio, and one to the email address on the form. If the mail provider refuses a send, the record remains and the page says so.

03
Reply continues by email. There is no login, and we never email a password.

What you should see, and what you should not.
- 01
- You should see a confirmation at the address you typed, or a sentence on the page explaining that the provider refused it. You should not see a password, a dashboard, or a receipt. There is nothing to log into and nothing was charged.
- 02
- The studio sees the same details, with your address as the reply-to. The reply is a person. If both emails fail, the record is still there, which is why the form says so instead of showing a blank success.
- 03
- Use the project form when you know the job, the quote form when you want a line priced, and the call form when you want a time. All three store the note. All three try to email you. None of them starts the work.
