This page describes how the public site handles the information you send. It is not a certification, and we do not claim one.
Enquiries
A contact form is saved before any email is sent. The record keeps your name, email, phone, company, role, the service, and the message.
A confirmation is addressed to the email you typed. The studio inbox receives the same details, with your address as the reply-to.
If mail fails
The enquiry stays in the database. The page tells you when the confirmation could not be delivered, including the reason the mail provider returned.
Access
There is no public account on this site. Enquiry records are not listed on a page you can browse. They are used by the studio to reply.
The site is served over HTTPS in production. We do not ask you to send passwords or card numbers through the forms.
Engagement data
Files you send after a scope is agreed are kept for that job. Access is limited to the people doing the work. When a job ends, we follow the retention note in the privacy policy.
