The forms

Do not submit someone else's personal data unless you are allowed to share it for the enquiry. Do not impersonate another person or company.

Do not use the forms to send malware, to probe the site, or to flood it with automated submissions.

The work

We will not build tools whose purpose is fraud, unauthorised access, or covert surveillance of people who have not been told. We will not knowingly process material you have no right to use.

AI features in an engagement stay inside the written scope, with a person reviewing anything that would be sent to your customer.

If a line is crossed

We can refuse or stop an enquiry or an engagement that breaks this page. If something you sent has to be reported, we will do that where the law requires it.

Where this policy meets your job scope

The policy shelf explains this public site and how a later job is agreed in writing. Where a signed scope disagrees with a shelf page, the scope wins for that job. There is no card checkout and no login. Hourly rates on the site are starting points; a month of care is thirty times that rate. A contact form saves your note and sends you a confirmation email—it does not open a ticket or start delivery.

To request a copy of an enquiry, a correction, or removal of a note that never became work, use the contact page from the same email you used on the form. Anything about an active engagement stays in that job’s email thread.
